Location QR Code Generator

Share a map location with a QR code.

Help people find a place by scanning a location QR code. Enter coordinates (or paste a map link) and an optional label, then export a PNG or SVG. Generated locally in your browser.

Enter content to generate your QR code.

These are static QR codes: the content is encoded directly and never changes — no redirect, no tracking, no account. There is no subscription and no hidden limits. (Dynamic QR codes use a redirect service so the destination can be edited later and scans tracked; this tool does not, for privacy.)

Your content and logo are processed locally in your browser and never uploaded.

How it works

  1. 1 Enter latitude and longitude, or paste a map URL.
  2. 2 Add an optional label for the place.
  3. 3 Scan to open it in a maps app.
  4. 4 Download a PNG or SVG.

Common use cases

  • Point guests to a venue or meeting point.
  • Add directions to an event invite or flyer.
  • Mark a store, office or pickup location.
  • Share a trailhead or parking spot.

Frequently asked questions

Are these static or dynamic QR codes?

Static. The content is encoded directly into the QR code and never changes — no redirect, no tracking and no account. Dynamic QR codes (editable destination, scan analytics) need a redirect service, which this tool does not offer, by design, for privacy.

Is my data uploaded?

No. Everything is generated entirely in your browser — your content is never uploaded, stored or logged.

Coordinates or a map link?

Either. Coordinates produce a standard geo: URI that most map apps understand. A pasted map URL is used as-is if you prefer a specific service like Google Maps.

Where do I find latitude and longitude?

Right-click a spot in most map apps to copy its coordinates, then paste the two numbers here.

Is it really free?

Yes — free, with no signup, no watermark and no limits.
